- When will I receive my order?
2 to 6 weeks depending on if the fabric has to be manufactured. Please state if there is a deadline and we can suggest an alternate fabric if so. - What is your return policy?
Items are custom-made. Not returnable. - I’m having trouble filling out my measurement form. Do you need every single measurement?
Not at all. But fill out as much as possible for the best fit.
- I wear a standard dress size, can I just send you that size?
If so, state the brand of the size. - Are all signature prints the exact same?
Each dress is cut slightly differently so the pattern falls differently. - I live in New York. Can I come by for a fitting?
